Circuit Training
Duration: 40 Mins (Includes a 5-minute warm up & 5-minute cool down)
Using functional equipment at stations & we work in intervals, a 40-second working zone with a 20-second rest. The classes use functional weights as resistance and give you an all over body workout. These classes require a base level of fitness but are still ok for beginners that are new to circuit classes.
