Circuit Training

Duration: 40 Mins (Includes a 5-minute warm up & 5-minute cool down)

Using functional equipment at stations & we work in intervals, a 40-second working zone with a 20-second rest. The classes use functional weights as resistance and give you an all over body workout. These classes require a base level of fitness but are still ok for beginners that are new to circuit classes.

High-Intensity Interval Training

Duration: 40 Mins (Includes a 5-minute warm up & 5-minute cool down)
Using your own body weight, we work in a 40-second intensity zone with a 20-second rest. The classes are designed to give an all-over body workout and include some floor work on your legs & abdominals.

These classes are suitable for all levels beginners/intermediates/advanced

Low Impact Strength Training

Duration: 40 Mins (Includes a 5-minute warm up & 5-minute cool down)
Using equipment & your own body weight, we work in intervals, a 40-second working zone with a 20-second rest. The classes are designed to be low on impact, using weights ie dumbells/kettlebells/resistance bands or your own body weight as resistance. They will give you an all-over body workout and will include some floor work on legs & abdominals.
These classes are suitable for beginners, or anybody coming back to fitness from injury or if you want to add some more resistance to your training.
