40 min Initial consultation

Nutritional summary detailing recommendations and to include any supportive supplements

2 classes per week HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or LIST (Low Intensity Strength Training – Equipment required)  Online or in person (Stalybridge)or catch up in your own time on the recording after which is accessible from the private members Facebook page.

Bespoke gym/fitness programme (if you choose to come to one class per week)

Private members only exercise library and support network.

Lifestyle & goal assessment

Nutrition/recipes/food group planning

12 x 60-minute 1-1 PT session either in person (Greater Manchester) or online via Zoom.

1 x weekly 15-minute check-in on nutrition plus tips on form & technique via video

1 x 30-minute monthly progress review & goal settings (3 in total)
