40 min Initial consultation

Nutritional summary detailing recommendations and to include any supportive supplements

2 classes per week HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or LIST (Low Intensity Strength Training – Equipment required)  Online, in-person (Stalybridge), or catch up in your own time on the recording after which is accessible from the private members Facebook page.

Private members only exercise library,classes and support network.

1 x 15 min monthly review /progress check in on Zoom  (3 in total)
